About the role
The Corporate Receptionist role is part of the St Kilda Road Operations team that provides day to day support to the business. The focus of the St Kilda Road Operations team is to be a multi-skilled team allowing for the team to provide seamless services to the business. Majority of the Corporate Receptionist Day is taken up with answering and forwarding calls, receiving visitors and organising meeting rooms and related catering matters. This position will be best suited for an individual that is highly organised and thrives on being of assistance to other. The Corporate Receptionist role is constantly evolving therefor providing opportunities for skills growth.
The ideal professional for this role will be a motivated individual with a detail-orientated mindset with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Key responsibilities
Reception:
- Receive, answer or redirect calls.
- Greet visitors and ensure correct sign in procedure via Kwiklook.
- Attend to catering requirements for meetings.
- Receive and manage customer complaints in line with complaints policy.
Communications
- Update the Healthscope Hub APP with relevant current news
- Work closely with the Office Coordinator to post relevant site news
Administrative duties (but are not limited to):
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Receipt of courier items
- Cab charges – distribution and register
- Organise couriers and appropriate comms note - local and national
- Book meeting rooms
- Take photos and order ID badge via online portal
- Onboarding support for new starters
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of interpersonal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and courteous demeanour
