An exciting position has become available for a Food Services Team Leader to oversee the Food Services Department reporting to the Catering Manager.

About the role…
As a Food Services Team Leader your responsibilities for the day to day running of the department will include:
- staff management
- resource allocation
- ordering/procurement
- food safety
- quality and functional supervision
- providing leadership and direction to the team to compliment the strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business direction of the hospital
This role is either Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm OR 12pm to 8pm.
We’re looking for…
- Experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a kitchen or a Healthcare facility or hotel
- Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrated commitment towards quality improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Manage rosters, staffing and supervision of staff
- Handle enquiries and resolve complaints
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organised manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
