  • Casual Administration Officer/Ward Clerk positions available


The Hills Private Hospital is a 111-bed private hospital located in the Hills District of Sydney.

The hospital offers inpatient and day programs in orthopaedics, neurological, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation as well as treatment programs for mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis intervention, substance abuse and eating disorders.

The Hills Private Hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to the provision of excellence in the delivery of care.


Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience as an Administration Officer/Ward Clerk in a Hospital and/or medical setting
  • Effective customer service skills

  • Competent with MS Word and Excel with proven typing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Superior time management and organisational skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy including ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment

  • Availability Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm and weekend – optional

  • Ability and commitment to be flexible and adaptable to workplace change


Desirable criteria:






  • Previous experience with webPAS or other Medical Applications
