Our Outpatient Administration Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Outpatient Services at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre.  

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a busy reception desk
  • Schedule patient appointments and prepare admission paperwork
  • Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry

The centre offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multi-disciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs.

 Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • WebPas patient management system experience (desired)
