The Opportunity
Are you an Anaesthetic Technician with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality patient care?
The Mount Private Hospital is seeking experienced Anaesthetic Technicians to join our Anaesthetics Team in Theatre. Full‑time, part‑time, and casual pool positions are available.
Key functions include
Established and maintained positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Provide exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care
Worked as a valued member of an inter-disciplinary team, managed own work time and personal well-being
Involved in clinical and compliance auditing
About you
- Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology (or similar) qualification as an Anaesthetic Technician
- Demonstrate strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting with at least 12 months experience working as an Anaesthetic technician
- Compliance with NSQHS National standards;
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills;
- Work well independently and within a team
About Us
The Mount Private Hospital is situated in a desirable inner-city location with low-cost parking included for our staff. Our services include three Cardiac Catheter Laboratories, ten Theatres including a true Hybrid theatre able to perform a multitude of highly complex procedures.
Surgical specialties include cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopedic, general surgery, urology, plastics, and ENT.
