Our Administration Team have several vacancies for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to support the hospital’s Admissions and Reception. 

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform a broad range of administration duties including:
    • Manage a busy reception desk
    • Answer and redirect calls
    • Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
    • General reception duties
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry

Pine Rivers Private Hospital (PRPH) presents as a high-performing, welcoming & supportive 70-bed, acute Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient facility caring for low to moderate risk patients. PRPH provides a large array of both Inpatient and Outpatient Psychotherapy Programs, and TMS/ECT therapies. The workforce of 130 staff have access to comprehensive professional growth, development and learning opportunities across Healthscope's 45 Hospitals Australia-wide. 

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills     
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work
  • WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
