We offer a supportive atmosphere, with an extensive education program so you get to work in a role that offers you work-life balance. This position is Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipment
- Meal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guide
- Maintain food stock levels
- Maintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standards
- Implement Food Safety Program
- Liaise with management and facility staff
- Lead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cooking
- Good working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations
- Available for shifts over a 7 day roster including weekend work
- Experience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferred
Desriable Criteria :
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable)
