If so, we would love you to join our Health Information Services team as a Clinical Coder / Health Information Manager at Holmesglen Private Hospital, Healthscope.

About Holmesglen Private Hospital
Holmesglen Private is located in Moorabbin, South Eastern region of Melbourne.
Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit, 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit, 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. – including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services.
The Role:
Coding, coding, and more coding!
Collaborate with our fabulous Clinical Documentation Specialist team
Participate in education and quality activities
Other responsibilities, such as mandatory reporting are available if that is of interest to you
Essential criteria:
Qualification in Clinical Coding or Health Information Management
Experience in clinical coding within an acute hospital setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant experience against the current Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - VIC - Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement”
