Are you an experienced healthcare practice manager or customer service professional ready for the next challenge in your career? 

Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced professional to delivery outstanding customer service in our consulting and sessional suites on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage high level conflict with professionalism, sound judgement & effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Proven Business Development/Practice Manager experience within a medical clinic/hospital
  • Have advanced IT skills
  • Experience using Gentu/Genie software
  • Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment with competing priorities
  • Able to establish professional working relationships with VMO’s

 

As the Consulting Suites Manager, your responsibilities will include:

·       Leading the day to day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites

·       Build relationship with VMO’s and their staff

·       Ensure services are provided to VMO’s in in a timely manner and with excellent customer service

·       Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training

·       Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences

·       Leading, coaching and developing Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team
