An exciting position has become available for a Consulting Suites Practice Manager to oversee the day to day running of the VMO outpatient service. Enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate proven experience in a management role, a commitment to patient care and customer service are encouraged to apply.

As the Consulting Suites Practice Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • The day to day running of the consulting suites
  • The provision of accurate and timely financial and practice data
  • Development of organisational systems to maximise productivity in the practice
  • Development of the staff to ensure a client service culture
  • IT troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Human resource management and complaint handling

Pine Rivers Private Hospital is a 70 bed dedicated mental health facility. We provide a wide range of inpatient and outpatient mental health services including inpatient therapy, outpatient day programs, adjunt therapies such as ECT, EMDR, TMS as well as private practice.

Selection Criteria:

  • Management experience
  • Administration Qualifications in Front-line Management or Certificate IV in Business Management (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated experience and a strong working knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule and private health fund claiming process
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong HR and conflict management skills
  • Experience in hospital/patient management software systems (Webpas / Zedmed)
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
