As Director of Nursing, you will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting operational efficiency, team performance, and ongoing accreditation readiness. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a close-knit environment and enjoys being hands-on, visible, and directly involved in the success of both people and services.

Key Responsibilities:
· • Provide effective leadership and oversight across nursing, day procedure, and clinical support teams.
· • Drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and service delivery.
· • Foster a collaborative and accountable culture with a strong focus on staff engagement and capability.
· • Ensure compliance with relevant clinical, legislative, and accreditation standards.
· • Build strong partnerships with VMOs and operational leaders to support effective patient flow and service planning.
About You:
You are an experienced nursing leader with a history of managing high-performing clinical teams in fast-paced environments. You bring strong knowledge of elective surgery, day procedures, and short-stay care, with the ability to lead across multiple functions including oncology, perioperative services, and quality systems.
Your leadership style is approachable, proactive, and solutions focused. You value clinical excellence, consistency, and empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.
