Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a passion for cardiac nursing and acute patient care? Knox Private Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our highly regarded Miller Ward team. We have both permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Miller Ward is a specialised cardiac unit providing high-quality care to patients with a range of acute cardiac conditions. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, patient-centred care while developing your clinical expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse on Miller Ward, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice
- Support Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team in achieving positive patient outcomes
- Monitor, assess and report on patient progress
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on excellence in patient care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- A minimum of 2 years' recent acute hospital experience
- Previous experience in cardiac nursing or a strong interest in developing within a cardiac specialty
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
