About the role
Brisbane Private Hospital is looking to employ an Environmental Services Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis. Morning shift times will vary between 6.30am–3pm; and night shift times will vary between 7pm to 3am. Successful candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including weekend work.
You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
About us
Brisbane Private is a 181 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 17 operating theatres conveniently located above the Roma Street Parklands. Specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal, plastics, urology, ENT, Rehabilitation and general surgery and delivery of Brisbane’s leading private drug and alcohol programs from Damascus Health Services.
As an Environmental Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Provide high standard of cleaning services
Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
Selection Criteria:
Experience in Hospital/Hotel cleaning
Time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Works well independently and within a team
Available for on call shifts
