About the Opportunity

Following a recent restructure of our Support Services team, we are excited to introduce a newly created leadership role: Guest Services/ Orderly coordinator.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the coordination of our Environmental (Guest Services)/ Orderly teams. This role is critical in support of our non-clinical Cleaning, Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and guests.

This role will be afternoon shift Monday- Friday between 1pm – 9pm

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Guest services and Orderly Manager, you will:

• Coordination of the Guest Services (Environmental)/ Orderly team of 55 staff across 24/7 operations
• Assist with training, mentoring and upskilling both new and existing team members
• Coordination of Patients movements
• Assisting with the handling of sub-contractor inquiries
• Assist with roster development and workforce scheduling
• Ensure compliance with OHS, infection prevention and control standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative and service‑focused team culture
