An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Health Information Services Officer to join our Health Information Service team. 

 

As a Health Information Services Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • edical record retrieval
  • Provision of health information to internal and external clients
  • Filing of paperwork and medical records
  • Day-to-day functionality of the Health Information Service Department
  • Participating in performance improvement activities
  • Culling of medical records

Located near Kings Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit.

Essential Criteria:

  •   Excellent communication and organisational skills
  •  Ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a small team environment
  •  Ability to work within deadlines

 Desirable Criteria:

  •  Experience with the WebPAS patient information system
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products eg. Excel
