An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to lead our Rehab Assessment team. If you have a passion for rehabilitation we would love to hear from you!
As Rehab Assessment Service Lead your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the timely assessment and admission of prospective rehabilitation patients into our hospitals across multiple catchment areas that cover metropolitan Melbourne
- Leading a group of health professionals to support the promotion and growth of rehabilitation services
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders including referring hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals

Selection Criteria:
- Degree in Nursing or Allied Health discipline
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of health professionals
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in rehabilitation and understanding of rehabilitation guidelines desirable
- Current drivers licence essential
