Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
· Provide leadership and direction to the Intensive Care Unit to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business direction.
· Implement strategic initiatives to optimize ICU operations and resource allocation.
· Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
· Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
· Current registration with AHPRA;
· Proven experience in ICU management or a related healthcare leadership role
· Strong clinical expertise coupled with a strategic mindset;
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
· A record of accomplishment of driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results; and
· Proven time management and prioritisation skill;
Desirable
· Post graduate qualification in Critical Care/ Intensive Care.
· Post graduate qualification in Leadership and Management.
