Lady Davidson Private Hospital is looking to employ Kitchen Hands to join their busy department on a Part time basis. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.
As a Kitchen Hand your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving deliveries
- Assisting the chef with food preparation
- Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards
Lady Davidson Private Hospital is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia. We are specialised in orthopaedics, cancer/oncology and neuro-spinal rehabilitation, providing both inpatient and day programs.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
- Highly organised, efficient and effective
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or hospitality would be an advantage
