To provide ongoing Kronos support to sites.  This role will provide first level support using the IT Service Desk process to log and resolve user or system issues. In an addition, the role will provide Level 1 support for the Oracle Recruitment System.  The successful person would be fully trained in the use of Kronos and Oracle in regards to the Healthscope instance.


As a Kronos Service Desk Officer your responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide an exceptional level of frontline support that is customer focused and people oriented
  • Resolving Kronos queries via phone and email
  • Resolving Oracle queries via phone and email
  • Monitoring and maintaining an issues log of queries using the Cherwell service desk application
  • Liaising with the Payroll System Support Team regarding configuration issues
  • Liaising with IT regarding user issues
  • Providing issues feedback to Payroll and the Payroll System Support Team
  • Continuously explore improvement opportunities to troubleshoot and resolve failures

About you:

  • Prior experience working in Payroll team environment in a large sized organisation
  • Prior experience in Healthcare
  • Kronos Time and Attendance (including Rostering) experience is highly regarded
  • Payroll Configuration experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to present professionally through an excellent phone manner and face to face customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high-volume and fast paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Health Industry service
