Are you a strategic leader with a passion for expanding services and building partnerships? At Healthscope Independence Services, we’re seeking an NT Regional Manager to lead operations and drive business development across the Northern Territory.
With over 30 years of experience in disability support, we’re entering a new phase of growth—and we need a commercially minded professional to help us scale our impact while maintaining exceptional service standards.
About the Role
As NT Regional Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sites across Darwin and Palmerston, leading teams and identifying opportunities to grow our client base and strengthen community partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth through outreach, stakeholder engagement, and promotion of services to referral networks and potential clients.
- Leading operational excellence by supporting Residential Supervisors with onboarding, coaching, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Embedding person-centred care by ensuring services align with individual client goals and preferences.
- Upholding compliance and safety while fostering a values-led, high-performance culture.

About You
You’re a confident leader with a growth mindset and a passion for making a difference. You bring:
- Proven experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or service expansion within disability, aged care, or health services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of NDIS plans and funding models
- Relevant qualifications and at least 5 years’ experience in a related field
