An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and passionate clinician to join our highly experienced OT team. The successful applicant will be innovative, a self-starter and flexible in their approach to meeting the challenges of a busy and exciting service and carry a mixed caseload.
As an Occupational Therapist your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive Occupational Therapy rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients of varied diagnostic groups
- Maximise the occupational performance of patients, adopting a client-centred and goal directed approach
- Participate in program development and quality improvement activities within the Occupational Therapy Department and hospital
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development programs

Peninsula Private Hospital has been providing healthcare services to the Redcliffe Peninsula community for over 30 years. We are a 65 patient-bed private hospital, situated in Kippa-Ring providing medical, surgical and rehabilitation healthcare services.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation
- Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and self-management skills
- Autonomy in work practice
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork
