This role will deliver exceptional customer service by providing executive level administration and 

support to the Operational Excellence leadership team.

 

About the role

Our Operational Excellence team has a new opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

·         Provide administration support to the Leadership team.

·         Manage calendars, including organising meetings and scheduling of appointments.

·         Draft routine correspondence and assist with documentation and presentations.

·         Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation.

·         Communication with internal and external customers with any concerns.

·         Ensure confidentiality and privacy are always maintained.

·         Assisting with other administrative duties when required.

·         Support project coordination .

Essential criteria

·         Proven experience in a similar role (Executive Administration, coordinator, Team Assistant, Office Manager)

·         Qualification in Business Administration or related discipline (or working towards same)

·         Participated in implementing change (desirable)

·         Worked in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment with competing priorities.

·         Provided exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

·         Outstanding customer service skills

·         High level organization skills and attention to detail

·         Demonstrate adaptability and initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.

·         Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required.
