Ringwood Private Hospital is are currently looking to employ suitably qualified Bachelor of Nursing and Enrolled Nursing students to join our workforce on a casual basis. (Please note that this opportunity cannot interfere with current or scheduled clinical placements.)  If you are someone with exceptional customer service skills that would love a role that gives back to its community, and you love caring for people, then this is the position for you! A superb role has become vacant for compassionate individuals to join our Patient Services team.




As a Patient Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties
  • Greet all patients/visitors/guests within the hospital with a friendly demeanour and answer enquiries
  • Going above and beyond with caring for our patients
  • Comply with site WHS policy, infection control standards and policy and procedures

Ringwood Breast Care is a specialised breast clinic at Ringwood Private Hospital that offers rapid access, state of the art, breast screening and diagnostic services for patients who experience symptoms or who are at high risk of developing breast cancer. 



 

Essential Criteria:

  • High level problem solving skills
  • Excellent Customer Service, organisational and communication skills
  • Ensure quality service is provided and government regulations are complied with in relation to food safety and infection control
