Residential Supervisor - Two locations

Permanent leadership role with ample potential

 

Overseeing two sites you will provide high level oversight of the house operations. A varied role where no two days are the same you will negotiate with care teams, maintain a high quality of service, monitor the house budgets and undertake in workforce management.

 What your role will look like

·       As Residential Supervisor, you will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide person-centred care to our clients with various aspects of their daily living.

·       You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.

·       Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people’s lives.

·       Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients.

·       You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care.

 

Locations available

Two exciting opportunities are available

1.     Located in West Melbourne/ Melbourne CBD managing two SDA locations

2.     Located in East Melbourne leading two SIL accommodation sites

About you

You’ll need minimum qualifications of Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care, experience working within the NDIS and/or TAC framework, have monitored and worked within budgets and hold a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. 

Proficiency in team leadership, P & L management and supervision is highly desirable
