What your role will look like
· As Service Manager, you will lead a team of staff providing person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
· You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.
· Lead and coach a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people’s lives.
· Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients. You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care.
· You will mentor staff to deliver high quality customer services to residents and their supporters.

Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services and Allied health are desirable but not essential. Experience in coaching and developing a staff team, managing resources, being able to build rapport with a broad range of stakeholders is essential.
An understanding of managing relationships with SDA Providers and concierge service delivery model is desirable.
