Team Co-Ordinator
The Team Co-Ordinator is primarily responsible for providing professional, comprehensive team administrative and project support to the Group General Manager, Growth and their report/s, to ensure that operations run efficiently.
The Team Co-Ordinator will manage and prioritise work appropriately, to ensure that matters for attention are dealt with in a timely manner, while exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Support the Group General Manager Growth and act as a central point of support for the Growth team.
- Lead by example to build and maintain culture, structures, systems and processes which prioritise safety and positive experiences for our patients, people and partners.
- Respectful interactions internally and externally, the Team Co-Ordinator acts as a central point of contact for internal/external teams and stakeholders
- Support Healthscope Executives, Senior Management and Leadership in both the Corporate Office and Operations to grow Healthscope, building a high performing community of practice.
- Identify opportunities to use resources more efficiently, improve performance, and grow the business
- Supports Healthscope’s quality improvement and achievement of accreditation by actively participating in department meetings, audits and quality activities, ensuring compliance with and participation in the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.

Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
