Are you an Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? Sunnybank Private is looking to employ ENs for their Day Surgery and Endoscopy Units. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Admit patients
· Deliver evidence-based nursing care
· Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
· Ensure patient and staff safety
· Where relevant Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members, graduates and students
· Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their surgery and
· health recovery

Selection Criteria:
To succeed you will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical experience (at least 2 years),
You will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a dynamic health care team holding effective written and verbal communication skills with commitment to ongoing professional education. In addition, you will possess the ability to problem solve or seek help from appropriate resources and the aptitude to implement care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
