About the role
As a Registered Nurse – Emergency Department your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
· Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care
· Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
· Act as a role model for Safe Practice
· Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery
Essential Criteria:
· Authority to Work in Australia
· Minimum 2+ years working in Emergency care
· Working with Children check (if relevant)
· Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
· Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
· Demonstrated experience in emergency or critical care nursing
· Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
· Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
o Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
· Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
· Flexibility to work a roster of Morning and Afternoon shifts as well as Saturdays when required.

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025" (salaries range between $35.33 to $47.25)
